地勘单位是我国众多经济实体的重要组成部分,也是我国经济体制改革涉及的重要方面和部门。近年来,我国地勘单位事业编制企业化管理模式不断深化,企业化、市场化程度不断提高,地勘单位规模化、多元化的经营策略尤为明显。特别是《国务院关于加强地质工作的决定》的发布,极大地鼓舞了地勘队伍的发展。但与此同时,在大力发展地质勘查、矿业开发、工勘施工主业,拓展多种经营的同时,必须加强管理和控制,谨慎对待各类风险,尤其是财务风险。
Geological prospecting units are an important part of many economic entities in our country and are also important aspects and departments involved in the economic structural reform in our country. In recent years, the enterprise management pattern of geologic prospecting units in our country has been continuously deepened, and the degree of enterpriseization and marketization has been continuously improved. The business strategy of large-scale and diversified geological exploration units is especially evident. In particular, the release of the “Decision of the State Council on Strengthening Geological Work” has greatly encouraged the development of the geological survey team. However, at the same time, we must step up management and control and treat all types of risks with caution, especially financial risks, while vigorously developing the main business of geological prospecting, mining development and prospecting construction and expanding diversified operations.
