在手指残端缺损的治疗中，V-Y提升法具有很大的实用价值。此法可最大限度地保留残指的长度及功能，改善畸形，弥补了简单的残端修整、短缩骨骼及植皮的不足。我院自1997年1月～2002年11月采用此法对32例病例进行残端修复，取得了较理想的效果，现总结报道如下。
