全轻混凝土用于建筑地面保温工程优势在于同时具有承重和保温性能,简化保温构造;但全轻混凝土配制过程中强度与密度或保温性能的矛盾是其推广应用的主要障碍之一。在优选陶粒基础上,采用外加剂增强和外掺料降低密度提高保温性能,配制出强度超过LC15、密度等级1000 kg/m~3、保温性能优良的全轻混凝土;其干表观密度1009 kg/m~3、抗压强度21.2 MPa、导热系数0.23 W/(m·K)、蓄热系数4.85 W/(m~2·K)、吸水率15%、软化系数0.88、28 d收缩值0.27 mm/m、内照射指数0.41、外照射指数0.67。
The advantage of using all light-weight concrete for building ground thermal insulation engineering is that it has both load-bearing and thermal-insulation properties and simplifies the thermal insulation structure.
