通过测定不同条件下PVDF共混改性膜内无机组分含量的变化情况,以考察共混膜内无机组分的稳定性。并利用透射电镜观察改性膜中纳米颗粒的分布,探求无机组分在共混膜内的结合方式。实验结果表明,在PVDF膜的适用p H范围内,改性膜内的无机组分在溶液中基本可以保持含量稳定。利用透射电镜对改性膜进行观察得出,无机组分以纳米尺寸较均匀地包埋于高分子聚合物的内部。
The changes of inorganic components in PVDF blend membrane were measured under different conditions to investigate the stability of inorganic components in the blend membranes. The distribution of the nanoparticles in the modified membrane was observed by transmission electron microscopy to find out the combination of the inorganic components in the blend membrane. The experimental results show that the inorganic components in the modified film can be basically kept stable in the solution within the applicable pH range of the PVDF membrane. Observation of the modified film by means of a transmission electron microscope shows that the inorganic component is more uniformly embedded in the interior of the high-molecular polymer in the nanometer size.
