目的调查分析我军维和医疗分队部署前培训考核评估现状并提出改进建议。方法通过查阅文献、召开座谈会、现场察看、问卷调查等调查形式收集资料,以柯氏培训评估模式为指导,进行反应层、学习层、行为与结果层的满意度及实施机构的调查,并结合实际评估工作,开展对考核评估现状的解析。结果调查评估满意度总体回馈较好,存在的问题主要包括英语交流薄弱、专业基础忽视、实战共识提高以及评估量化不完善等。我军维和医疗队部署前培训考核评估没有实现标准化,培训评估效益体现不明显。结论建议构建考核评估指标体系,并使考核评估标准化。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of the assessment and assessment of pre-deployment training of peacekeeping medical detachment in our army and propose suggestions for improvement. Methods The data were collected by means of consulting literature, conducting symposiums, site inspection and questionnaire surveys. Based on the Korbach training evaluation model, the questionnaire was conducted to investigate the satisfaction level of respondent layer, learning layer, behavior and outcome and the implementing agencies. With the actual assessment work, carry out the assessment of the status of the assessment. Results The overall satisfaction of surveys and evaluations is better. The existing problems mainly include the weak communication in English, the neglect of professional foundations, the increasing consensus in actual combat and the imperfect quantitative assessment. Our military peacekeeping medical team before the deployment of training assessment did not achieve standardization, evaluation of training performance is not obvious. Conclusion It is suggested to construct the evaluation index system and standardize the evaluation.
