目的:研究甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果.方法:选择我院2019年6月至2020年6月的58例T2DM患者.随机数字表法分成各29例的对照组(预混胰岛素治疗)和观察组(甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗).对比疗效.结果:经治疗后观察组血糖指标比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗T2DM疗效好,能够维持正常血糖水平,控制病情稳定.
