目的:探讨FBL教学模式在高职业社区护理学教学中的应用和教学效果。方法:采用随机抽样的方法随机收取湖南环境生物职业技术学院2012级护理专业的学生200名,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组100名,对照组100名,实验组采用FBL的教学方法,对照组采用传统讲授的教学方法。结果:经过一个学期的教学后,实验组学生的理论成绩和学习态度评分均高于对照组。问卷调查显示:实验组学生的学习兴趣、知识面的拓展、学习效率、对知识的理解以及团队合作意识高于对照组学生,学生更认可FBL的教学模式。结论 :FBL在高职社区护理教学中的效果显著。
Objective: To explore the application and teaching effect of FBL teaching mode in high vocational community nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 200 students of 2012 College of Environmental Biology and Biotechnology, Hunan Environmental Bioengineering College were enrolled in the study randomly. Randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 100 experimental group and 100 control group. The experimental group adopted FBL teaching method, Control group using the traditional teaching methods. Results: After a semester of teaching, the experimental group students’ academic scores and learning attitude scores were higher than the control group. The questionnaire survey showed that students in experimental group were more interested in learning, expanding their knowledge, learning efficiency, understanding of knowledge and awareness of team cooperation than those in control group. Students also recognized the teaching mode of FBL. Conclusion: The effect of FBL in nursing education in vocational college is remarkable.
