1914年Dale 首次将乙酰胆碱(ACh)的作用分为M 和N 样作用,直到70年代,在ACh 受体分型及功能研究方面取得许多重大进展。N 胆碱受体已分N_1和N_2两种亚型;而M 受体亚型研究因缺乏特异性拮抗剂进展很慢。近年发现,M_1受体选择性拮抗剂哌西平(Pirenzepine,PZ),从而促进了M 受体的分型。1983年在美国波士顿召开M 受体亚型分类的国际讨论会。目前对M 受体亚型及功能的探讨正成为令人注目的研究领域。
In 1914, Dale first classified the role of acetylcholine (ACh) into M and N-like roles. Until the 1970s, many major advances in the classification and function of ACh receptors were made. N choline receptors have sub-N_1 and N_2 subtypes; and M receptor subtypes in the absence of specific antagonist progress is slow. In recent years, it has been found that Pirenzepine (PZ), a selective antagonist of M 1 receptor, promotes the typing of M receptor. 1983 held in Boston, USA M receptor subtype classification of the international seminar. At present, the research on the subtypes and functions of M receptors is becoming an attractive research area.
