我国婚姻法是为了保护婚姻关系中的双方及涉及的权力而设立,婚姻法也随着社会的进步而不断完善。经济社会的发展带来一系列的问题同时也给婚姻关系带来了巨大的变化,婚姻法的进步和完善也无法完全弥补这其中的缺陷。尤其是受我国传统封建思想的影响,妇女在婚姻关系中一直处于弱势的地位。本文结合一则具体案例阐述了婚姻权利的维护。 The Marriage Law of our country was set up to protect both parties involved in the marriage and the powers involved. The Marriage Law has also been continuously improved with the progress of the society. A series of problems caused by the development of economy and society have brought tremendous changes to the marriage relationship. The progress and perfection of the marriage law can not completely make up for the defects therein. In particular, influenced by the traditional feudal ideology in our country, women have been in a disadvantaged position in their marriage. This article illustrates the maintenance of marital rights by combining with a specific case.
