受地形地质条件限制,漯河市规划向沙北地区发展,而该区位于沙河超标准洪水行滞洪通道内,如何保证该区的防洪安全同时又减轻其对超标准洪水行滞的影响成为关键。由于研究区域内有铁路、高速公路、堤防、房屋建筑和桥梁等各种阻水建筑物,洪水流态复杂。以往对该问题的研究采用了水库联合调洪法,未考虑洪水的水面比降和横向流动等因素。文章采用先进的二维非恒定流数学模型,模拟计算行滞洪区内洪水演进,对各防洪方案的效果进行了模拟计算,为沙北地区的防洪工程方案提供了更可靠的依据。
Due to the restriction of topographic and geological conditions, Luohe City plans to develop into the north of Shabei. However, the area is located within the stagnant flood channel of Shahe River exceeding the standard. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure flood control safety in the area and mitigate the impact of flood control on it. Due to various water blocking structures such as railways, highways, embankments, houses, buildings and bridges in the study area, the flow pattern of floods is complicated. In the past, the research on this problem adopted the reservoir flood regulation method, which did not take into account the surface water level drop and lateral flow of the flood. In this paper, an advanced two-dimensional unsteady flow mathematical model is used to simulate the flood evolution in the flood deflooding area. The effect of each flood control scheme is simulated and calculated, which provides a more reliable basis for the flood control project in the north of Shabei.
