全面深化改革的重点是经济体制改革。作为公安工作中与经济发展联系较为密切的部分,党的十八届三中全会对于经侦工作具有更加重要的指导意义。打击和防范经济犯罪,维护市场经济秩序和国家经济安全,是经济体制改革顺利推进的有力保障,是市场机制正常发挥作用的客观基础,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求,是增进人民福祉、促进社会公平正义的重要手段。经侦部门必须深入研究深化改革过程中可能面临的新情况、新问题,主动作为,未雨绸缪,全力做好当前工作,服务全面深化改革伟大事业。
