本文在分析了轴流式风扇特性和发动机冷却空气道的阻力特性基础上,提出了它们之间的最佳匹配关系。文中指出,虽有性能良好的风扇,如果与发动机匹配不当,也很难得到最经济的效果。因此,应该按照发动机冷却系空气阻力特性的形状和数据来设计和选择风扇。同时,还讨论了发动机在运转工况变化时与风扇匹配关系的变化,在分析了几种风扇调节法以后,从理论上提出了最佳调节方案。
Based on the analysis of the axial fan characteristics and the resistance characteristics of the cooling air duct of the engine, the best match between them is proposed. The article pointed out that, despite the good performance of the fan, if not properly matched with the engine, it is difficult to get the most economical effect. Therefore, the fan should be designed and selected according to the shape and data of the air resistance characteristics of the engine cooling system. At the same time, the change of matching relationship between the engine and the fan when the operating condition changes is also discussed. After analyzing several fan regulation methods, the optimal regulation scheme is proposed in theory.
