目的研究火炭母醇提物对大鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用CCl4诱导大鼠急性肝损伤模型,观察火炭母醇提物对大鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基移换酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基移换酶(AST)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。结果火炭母醇提物各剂量组均可抑制急性肝损伤大鼠血清中ALT、AST的活性,降低MDA的水平,升高SOD的活性。结论火炭母醇提物对CCl4致大鼠急性肝损伤具有较好的保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of firefly alcohol extract on acute liver injury in rats. Methods Acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 was induced in rats. The effects of alcohol extract of firefly on the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), malondialdehyde (MDA) ), Superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels. Results The ethanol extract of FFA could inhibit the activity of ALT and AST, reduce the level of MDA and increase the activity of SOD in the serum of acute liver injury rats. Conclusion Alcohol extract of firefly has a good protective effect on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in rats.
