目的:探讨直肠癌手术并发症发生的原因以及治疗的方法。方法选取2011年12月至2013年12月在我院接受直肠癌治疗的60例患者,对手术并发症的原因和临床预防的方法进行探讨和分析。结果:在本研究中所有患者均痊愈出院,无死亡现象发生,其中有8例患者发生并发症,并发症发生率为13.3%,与无并发症发生患者相比发生并发症患者拔出导尿管时间、肛门排气时间和术后住院天数均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:在对直肠癌患者实施手术治疗的过程中,并发症的发生会影响患者的临床治疗效果,所以应该注意并发症的预防,提高直肠癌手术的临床治疗效果。
Objective: To investigate the causes of surgical complications of rectal cancer and the treatment methods. Methods Sixty patients who underwent rectal cancer treatment in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2013 were enrolled. The causes of the complication and the methods of clinical prevention were studied and analyzed. RESULTS: In this study, all patients were cured and discharged without death. Among them, 8 patients had complications and the complication rate was 13.3%. Complications were compared with those without complications. Patients with catheterization The tube time, anal exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: During the surgical treatment of patients with rectal cancer, the occurrence of complications will affect the clinical efficacy of patients, so we should pay attention to the prevention of complications and improve the clinical effect of rectal cancer surgery.
