对于煤矿企业,要想吸引人才,并且留住人才,人力资源柔性化管理是必须的,这也是促使企业的人才充分发挥自己价值的重要途径。企业的凝聚力、企业的综合竞争力、以及企业的应变能力都会在企业实施柔性化的管理后得到加强。并且,传统的企业管理方式已经不适合当前企业的发展了。对人力资源管理,我们需要有弹性的管理,对于煤矿企业也是如此。本文主要是通过分析我国煤炭企业的人力资源管理现状,探讨如何在这些煤炭企业中实施柔性管理,期望能给各个煤炭企业管理者一些启示。
For coal enterprises, in order to attract and retain qualified personnel, flexible management of human resources is a must, which is also an important way to promote the talents of enterprises to give full play to their own value. Enterprise cohesion, the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, as well as the resilience of enterprises will be strengthened after the implementation of flexible management of enterprises. And, the traditional way of business management is not suitable for the development of the current business. We need flexible management of human resources management, as well as for coal miners. This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of human resource management in China’s coal enterprises and discusses how to implement flexible management in these coal enterprises, hoping to give some inspiration to managers of coal enterprises.
