本试验应用~(60)Coγ射线3.5万伦和4.0万伦辐照冬小麦原丰三号和原丰四号种子,含水量为5.4~20.7%。结果表明,种子含水量在8~10%和16%以上时,含水量的增加或降低都会严重引起辐射损伤效应,而种子含水量在10~16%时,其辐射敏感性的表现差异不显著。因此,我省冬小麦风干种子在辐照时,含水量可视为不是影响辐射敏感性的主要因素。
In this experiment, 60,000 Co γ-ray 3.5 million lunar and 4.0 lunar radiated winter wheat FW3 and SF4 seeds with a water content of 5.4-20.7%. The results showed that the radiation damage effect would be caused by the increase or decrease of water content when the water content of seed was 8-10% and 16%, while the difference of radiation sensitivity was not significant when the water content was 10-16% . Therefore, moisture-harvested winter wheat in our province when irradiated, moisture content can be considered as the main factor not affect the radiation sensitivity.
