目的探讨11种蜚蠊毒饵对德国小蠊室内药效评估方法。方法每个烧杯放10只德国小蠊成虫,雌雄各半,放置饲料、水和灭蟑毒饵,每种毒饵重复3次,同时设空白对照;24h后取出毒饵,计算毒饵的失水率、取食量和毒饵对蜚蠊的致死中时间(LT50)。结果 11种蜚蠊毒饵在96h内都可杀死德国小蠊,达到了国标A级(GB/T13917.7-2009),但其LT50、失水率和取食量有很大差异。结论 11种蜚蠊毒饵均可有效杀灭德国小蠊,具体使用可根据需要和现场情况,综合评价选择最适合的蜚蠊毒饵。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 11 cockroach baits on German cockroach. Methods The adult beetles of German cockroach were placed in each beaker, half male and half animal, placed feed, water and cockroach poison bait, each poison bait repeated 3 times, at the same time set the blank control; Remove the poison bait after 24h, calculate the water loss rate of poison bait, take Food intake and lethal time of poison bait to cockroaches (LT50). Results The 11 cockroach baits killed Blattella germanica within 96 hours and reached the national standard A level (GB / T13917.7-2009). However, the LT50, water loss rate and feeding amount were very different. Conclusion All 11 cockroach baits can kill Blattella germanica effectively. According to the needs and the situation, the cockroach bait can be comprehensively evaluated and selected.
