介绍了双舌形挡板变截面涡轮的工作原理和这种变截面涡轮增压器在柴油机上的实用情况。用热线风速仪X形热膜探针测定了这种变截面蜗壳出口处的3维速度场,讨论了蜗壳出口Re数变化即两个舌形挡板开启角度变化对能量利用的影响,并据此优化设计了双舌形挡板。将双舌形挡板变截面涡轮增压器与6130ZQ柴油机进行了匹配试验,证明与普通增压器相比,能够改善柴油机的扭矩特性和低速经济性,抑制了高速时的增压过量;与单舌形挡板变截面涡轮增压器相比,更适应车用柴油机的变工况时的需要。
The working principle of the variable cross-section turbine with double-tongue baffles and the practical application of the variable-section turbocharger on the diesel engine are introduced. The three-dimensional velocity field at the outlet of the variable cross-section volute was measured by the hot-wire anemometer X-shaped hot film probe. The influence of the change of the opening number of the volute at the outlet of the volute on the energy utilization was discussed. Based on this, the double-tongue baffle is optimized. The double-tongue baffle variable cross-section turbocharger and 6130ZQ diesel engine were tested, and proved that compared with the ordinary supercharger, can improve the torque characteristics of diesel engines and low-speed economy, inhibit the high-speed supercharger excess; and Single-tongue baffle variable cross-section turbocharger compared to more adapt to the needs of the diesel engine working conditions.
