消费者的消费行为受到文化的制约,可持续消费的实现离不开可持续消费文化的支撑。可持续消费文化包括以人为本的价值观、可持续消费观、以及体现可持续消费理念的消费风俗习惯等内容。构建可持续消费文化的对策包括:以社会主义核心价值体系为指导,构建可持续消费文化体系;加强宣传教育,提高全民族的可持续消费文化意识;坚持正确的价值导向,营造可持续消费的思想舆论氛围;开展健康文明消费方式创建活动,形成可持续消费的良好社会风尚。
Consumer behavior is subject to cultural constraints, sustainable consumption can not be achieved without the support of sustainable consumption culture. The culture of sustainable consumption includes people-centered values, the concept of sustainable consumption, and consumption customs that reflect the concept of sustainable consumption.
