去年下半年,西安电子城开发公司基建工地在挖地基时,用推土机推出一批元代文物,后由西安市文物管理部门征集。据调查,这里原来是一个元代墓葬,因现场破坏严重,墓葬形制及随葬品摆放的位置与组合情况,已不可知,出土的文物有陶俑（包括男俑、女俑、马俑）、动物模型、驷马车、器具等56件,全部为黑灰色泥胎,表面施一层白色陶衣,未上釉。这批文物制作精致,造型优美,动物模型造型逼真,各具神态,形象生动,惟妙惟肖,为研究元代历史提供了珍贵的实物资料。现简报如下。
