近10年来，我们对11例胃肠道癌病人在术后出现复发或转移的征象时，采取再次剖腹探查术，获得了满意的结果，现报告如下。临床资料本组11例，男7例，女4例。其中贲门癌3例，胃癌3例，结肠癌5例。再手术距首次手术时间最长3年11个月，最短6个月，平均23．5个月。再次手术后生存
In the past 10 years, we have re-explored laparotomy for 11 cases of gastrointestinal cancer patients after recurrence or metastasis. The results are as follows. Clinical data in this group of 11 patients, 7 males and 4 females. There were 3 cases of cardiac cancer, 3 cases of gastric cancer, and 5 cases of colon cancer.
