选取反应温度、反应时间、碱浓度为因子,通过对正交试验结果的直观分析和方差分析研究了环氧树脂样品的不同处理条件对其易皂化氯含量测定的影响。结果表明,反应温度、反应时间对测定结果有高度影响,碱浓度>3 mol/L时基本无影响。采用3 mol/L NaOH在80℃下处理环氧样品4 h后测得的易皂化氯含量明显高于GB/T 4618.2—2008的测定结果,其相对误差为0.588%,相对标准偏差为0.592%。该处理方法对缩水甘油胺型环氧树脂和缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂易皂化氯含量测定均适用。
The reaction temperature, reaction time and alkali concentration were selected as factors. The effects of different treatment conditions on the determination of easily saponified chlorine content of epoxy resin were studied by visual analysis and variance analysis. The results show that the reaction temperature and reaction time have a high impact on the determination results, and almost no effect when the alkali concentration is> 3 mol / L. The content of readily saponified chlorine measured by epoxy resin sample treated with 3 mol / L NaOH at 80 ℃ for 4 h was significantly higher than that of GB / T 4618.2-2008, the relative error was 0.588% and the relative standard deviation was 0.592% . This treatment method is suitable for the determination of the content of glycidyl amine-type epoxy resin and glycidyl ether-type epoxy resin easily saponified.
