语块兼词语、语言和语用功能为一体,在二语习得中起着重要作用。笔者对高职商务英语专业的学生进行了语块教学的实验研究,旨在验证语块使用与口语流利性发展的相关性和语块教学对提高学生口语流利度的有效性。研究结果表明,语块的使用与口语流利性发展成正关系,语块教学法能有效提高口语的流利性,但对语言的准确性提高却没有显著效果。在口语教学中重视语块的学习、积累和应用,结合语法训练是提高口语水平的有效途径。
The chunks and terms, language and pragmatics function as one and play an important role in second language acquisition. The author conducts a chunk teaching experiment on higher vocational English majors to verify the relevance between the use of chunks and oral fluency and the effectiveness of chunks teaching to improve students’ fluent oral English. The results show that the use of chunks is positively related to the development of colloquial fluent language. The chunking method can effectively improve the fluency of spoken language, but it has no significant effect on the improvement of language accuracy. Emphasis on the study, accumulation and application of language blocks in oral English teaching, combined with grammar training, is an effective way to improve oral English.
