研究了承德钒钛磁铁精矿配加芒硝制得之钠化球团经浸钒后的予处理方法;为消除浸钒球团在升温还原过程中的灾难性膨胀又脱减其钠盐含量;适宜的予处理方法是浸钒球团先用CaCl_2溶液浸泡,再在还原气氛下进行高温焙烧而制取金属化率70—80%的金属化球团。其主要质量指标如下: Na_2O<0.l%;冷抗压强度>150公斤/个球;还原线膨胀率<4%;热还原转鼓指数>95%。 在承钢条件下,如配用20~30%此种金属化球团冶炼含钒生铁,可能使焦比下降15~20,高炉产量亦可相应提高。 试验所得各主要工序中的工艺参数可作为进一步扩大试验的参考。
The pretreatment method of vanadium-titanium-bearing magnetite concentrates with sodium sulfate and vanadate was studied.
