社会主义新农村建设成效显著,成为全省城乡一体化示范区,到2015年,全面小康村达480个以上,建成200个幸福美丽新家园(社区)。新型城市化、新型工业化、农业农村现代化和生态环境保护协调推进,城镇合理布局、产业有序发展、人与自然和谐相处局面初步形成。形成城乡规划建设一体化、产业发展一体化、生态保护一体化、要素配置一体化、公共服务一体化、民生保障一体化的新格局。
The construction of a new socialist countryside has achieved remarkable results. It has become the demonstration area for integration of urban and rural areas in the province. By 2015, there will be an overall well-off village of 480 or more and 200 beautiful and happy new homes (communities) will be built. The coordinated development of new urbanization, new industrialization, agricultural and rural modernization and ecological environment protection, the rational distribution of cities and towns, the orderly development of industries, and the harmonious coexistence of man and nature have taken shape. Forming a new pattern of urban-rural planning and construction integration, industrial development integration, ecological protection integration, integration of elements, integration of public services and livelihood protection.
