用流式细胞技术(FCM)分别对41例直肠癌新鲜标本的癌灶、癌远端(2cm)移行区及近切缘正常组织进行细胞动力学研究。结果:癌灶SPF和PI极显著高于癌远端2cm移行区及近切端正常组织(P<0.01)。癌远端2cmSPF显著高于近切端组织(P<0.05),说明癌旁2cm组织的DNA合成期细胞已呈增殖活跃状态,尽管普通光镜下此区尚无癌细胞。结论:直肠癌远端2cm作为切除的距离并不安全,提示直肠癌远端切除距离不够可能是术后复发的重要因素之一。
Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to study the cell dynamics of 41 specimens of fresh rectal cancer, and the distal (2 cm) transitional zone and near margin normal tissue. RESULTS: SPF and PI were significantly higher in cancer foci than those in the distal 2-cm transitional zone and proximal chordomas (P<0.01). The 2cm SPF at the distal end of the cancer was significantly higher than that at the proximal cut end (P<0.05), suggesting that the cells in the DNA synthesis phase of the 2cm adjacent tissue were proliferating and active, although there were no cancer cells in this area under ordinary light microscope. Conclusion: The distance of 2cm distal to rectal cancer is not safe, suggesting that the distance of distal resection of rectal cancer may not be an important factor in postoperative recurrence.
