目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在精神分裂症患者健康教育中的应用效果及对患者NOSIE评分教育内容掌握程度的影响。方法选取我院2014年1月至2015年2月精神科就诊的精神分裂症患者94例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组47例患者,开展常规健康教育,观察组47例患者,按PDCA循环管理法进行健康教育,分别于入院前、入院后4周,采用精神护理观察量表(NOSIE)对患者病情恢复情况进行评定,同时采用自行设计健康知识调查表对患者知识情况进行了解,随访0.5~1年,比较两组患者病情复发情况。结果观察组入院后4周总积极因素评分及病情总评分均高于对照组,总消极因素评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对精神分裂症健康知识了解程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组随访期内复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者按PDCA循环管理法开展健康教育,可加深患者对疾病知识的了解,从而促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA method on health education of patients with schizophrenia and its influence on the mastery of NOSIE scores. Methods Ninety-four schizophrenic patients from January 2014 to February 2015 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, and 47 patients in the control group were given routine health education. In the observation group, 47 patients , According to the PDCA cycle management method for health education, respectively, before admission, 4 weeks after admission, the use of mental health observation scale (NOSIE) to assess the patient’s condition recovery, while using self-designed health knowledge questionnaire on the patient’s knowledge situation Understand, follow-up 0.5 to 1 year, compare the two groups of patients with recurrent disease. Results The scores of the total positive factors and the total scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 4 weeks after admission, and the scores of the total negative factors were lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P <0.05). The observation group had better understanding of the health knowledge of schizophrenia than the control group P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group during follow-up was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Health education of patients with schizophrenia according to PDCA cycle management method can deepen patients’ understanding of disease knowledge and promote patient rehabilitation.
