目的:研究佛手多糖的免疫调节作用。方法:用环磷酸胺造成免疫低下小鼠动物模型,取小鼠巨噬细胞加不同浓度佛手多糖,测定巨噬细胞内外IL-6、IL-1水平。IL-6、IL-1的检测采用放射免疫法。结果:佛手多糖浓度在4mg/mL、2mg/mL可提高巨噬细胞外低下的IL-6水平;但用该方法检测不到IL-1。结论:佛手多糖具有一定的免疫增强作用。
Objective: To study the immunoregulatory effects of bergamot polysaccharides. METHODS: The animal model of immunocompromised mice was induced with cyclic ammonium phosphate. Murine macrophages and different concentration of bergamot polysaccharides were taken to determine the levels of IL-6 and IL-1 inside and outside macrophages. IL-6 and IL-1 were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: The phloem polysaccharide concentration of 4 mg/mL and 2 mg/mL could increase the IL-6 level of macrophages, but IL-1 could not be detected by this method. Conclusion: The bergamot polysaccharide has a certain degree of immune enhancement.
