在整理有关诉讼效益理论的基础上,分析了我国司法制度现存的问题,提出一些相应提高我国司法制度效益的建议。
On the basis of sorting out the theory of litigation benefit, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the judicial system in our country and puts forward some suggestions to improve the efficiency of our judicial system accordingly.
