目的 探讨神经母细胞瘤(NB)中酪氨酸激酶受体(TRKs)的表达及其意义。方法 采用SABC免疫组化技术半定量检测40例NB及其相关肿瘤中TrkA、TrkB及TrkC受体的表达水平。结果 TrkA受体只在肿瘤组织的NB细胞中表达,而该受体的表达水平与NB肿瘤的较低分期及良好性预后呈现正向性相关(P<0.01)。TrkB受体主要在高分期NB肿瘤的纤维血管基质的梭形细胞中表达,但该受体的表达水平与NB肿瘤的分期和预后之间则无明显的相关性(P>0.05)。TrkC受体主要在肿瘤组织的NB细胞中表达,而在分化成熟性NB细胞中通常伴有TrkA受体的共同性表达,但该受体的表达水平与NB肿瘤的分期和预后之间亦无明显的相关性(P>0.05)。结论 采用免疫组化技术可以半定量检测酪氨酸激酶受体的表达水平,而这些受体的表达状况对神经母细胞瘤患儿的肿瘤分期和预后评估具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of tyrosine kinase receptors (TRKs) in neuroblastoma (NB) and its significance. Methods The expression of TrkA, TrkB and TrkC receptors in 40 cases of NB and its related tumors was semi-quantitatively detected by SABC immunohistochemistry. Results The TrkA receptor was only expressed in NB cells of tumor tissues, and the expression level of TrkA receptor was positively correlated with the lower staging of NB tumors and the prognosis of benign tumors (P <0.01). TrkB receptor was mainly expressed in spindle cells of fibrovascular stroma of highly staged NB tumors, but there was no significant correlation between the expression of TrkB receptor and the staging and prognosis of NB tumors (P> 0.05). The TrkC receptor is mainly expressed in NB cells of tumor tissue, while TrkA receptor is commonly expressed in differentiating mature NB cells, but there is no difference between the expression level of TrkC receptor and the staging and prognosis of NB neoplasms Significant correlation (P> 0.05). Conclusion The expression of tyrosine kinase receptors can be semi-quantitatively detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of these receptors has important clinical significance in the evaluation of tumor staging and prognosis in children with neuroblastoma.
