总结经验,肯定成绩,树立典型,表扬先进,树立信心,激励后进;对存在的问题、错误和缺点,及时指出,加以批评,这本来是正常的工作方法之一。然而不知从什么时候起,表扬乱了,批评少了。不能不说歪风上升,腐败蔓延,这也是个中原因之一。无论是大人还是小孩,一般总是喜欢听好话、赞扬的话;正确地进行表扬,有利于调动人的积极性。然而有些人却把表扬作为装饰政绩、笼络感情、收买人心、捞取好处、进行交易的一种手段,使表扬变味庸俗化,成了精神贿赂。鲁迅先生曾写一篇杂文《骂杀和捧杀》,开门见山指出:
Summarize experience, affirmative achievement, establish typical, praise advanced, establish confidence, and inspire backward. We should promptly point out and criticize the existing problems, mistakes and shortcomings, which is one of the normal working methods. However, I do not know since when, praised the chaos, less criticism. It is also one of the reasons why we can not but say that unhealthy trends are rising and corruption is spreading. Both adults and children, generally like to listen to good things, praise; words correctly, is conducive to mobilize the enthusiasm of people. However, some people regard praise as a means of adorning political achievements, fostering feelings, buying people's hearts, gaining benefits, and trading. As a result, praise and smelly become vulgar and become spiritual bribes. Mr. Lu Xun once wrote an essay “cursing and killing” and pointed out:
