目的:探讨中医药治疗普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法:选取45例普通型手足口病患者为研究对象,根据临床治疗方法的不同将其随机分为西医组、中医组和中西医结合组各15例,对比三组患者退热时间、药物起效时间、体温恢复正常的时间以及药物不良反应。结果:与西医组患者相比,中医组和中西医结合组患者退热时间、体温恢复正常的时间以及药物不良反应明显较优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医药治疗普通型手足口病临床效果显著,能有效缓解患者临床症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of common hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods: Forty-five patients with common hand, foot and mouth disease were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into Western Medicine Group, Chinese Medicine Group and Integrative Medicine Group according to different clinical treatment methods. 15 patients in each group were compared with each other. Effective time, body temperature returned to normal time and adverse drug reactions. Results: Compared with patients in Western medicine group, the patients in traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine group had significantly better antipyretic time, body temperature returned to normal time and adverse drug reactions. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of common hand-foot-mouth disease clinical effect is significant, can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients worthy of clinical application.
