仅仅考核个别的单耗指标,显然不能满足提高综合经济效益的要求。把全厂的效益指标,在各部门进行分解,这就将经营合同的内容延伸到企业内部,为完善企业内部的经营机制创造了条件,为确保承包经营合同的完成建立了切实的基础。将全厂的利润指标分解到各个部门,而且与职工利益直接相关,有利于提高全厂职工对经济效益的关注。
Only the assessment of individual consumption indicators, obviously can not meet the requirements to improve the overall economic efficiency. The entire plant’s efficiency index is decomposed in various departments, which extends the content of the operating contract into the company, creating conditions for perfecting the internal operating mechanism and establishing a practical basis for ensuring the completion of the contracting contract. Decomposing the profit indicators of the entire plant into various departments, and directly related to the interests of employees, will help raise the concerns of employees of the whole plant on economic efficiency.
