目的 :观察 :牛珀至宝微丸对内毒素休克肺损伤时热休克蛋白 70 (heatshockprotein ,HSP70 )表达的影响及其与一氧化氮 (nitricoxide,NO)的关系。方法 :静脉注射内毒素 (LPS) 1.5mg/kg ,腹腔注射D -氨基半乳糖 (D -GalN) 10 0mg/kg造成内毒素休克模型 ,用牛珀至宝微丸和AG作对照干预处理 ,检测血浆一氧化氮 (NO)浓度 ,免疫组化方法检测HSP70在肺组织内的表达。结果 :牛珀至宝微丸增强内毒素休克时肺组织HSP70表达 ,降低血浆NO浓度 ,肺损伤减轻。结论 :证实牛珀至宝微丸能增强内毒素休克时肺组织HSP70表达 ,提示牛珀至宝微丸对内毒素休克造成的肺损伤的保护作用可能是通过刺激肺组织HSP70表达增强来调节血浆NO浓度而产生的。
Objective : To observe the effect of Niupo Zhibao Pellet on the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in lung injury induced by endotoxic shock and its relationship with nitric oxide (NO). METHODS: Endotoxin shock model was induced by intravenous injection of endotoxin (LPS) 1.5 mg/kg and intraperitoneal injection of D-galactosamine (D-GalN) 100 mg/kg, and Niupo Zhibao Pellets and AG were used as controls to detect plasma Nitric oxide (NO) concentration was detected by immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of HSP70 in lung tissue. Results: Niupo Zhibao Pellets enhanced the expression of HSP70 in lung tissue during endotoxin shock, decreased plasma NO concentration, and reduced lung injury. Conclusion: It was confirmed that Niupo Zhibao Pellet could enhance the expression of HSP70 in lung tissue during endotoxin shock, suggesting that the protective effect of Niupo Zhibao Pellet on lung injury caused by endotoxin shock may be through regulating the expression of HSP70 in lung tissue to regulate plasma NO concentration.
