目的:探讨电化学治疗对兔舌肌组织的影响,为临床治疗舌血管畸形提供参考。方法:40只大耳白兔随机分为正常对照组、2库伦(C)组、3C组、4C组、5C组,每组各8只。正常对照组只置入电极10min而不予电刺激,其他各组分别给予相应电量的电化学治疗。记录术前与术后每天测量体质量的差值,采用SPSS11.5软件包对数据进行SNK-q检验。在术后1、7、14、21d时,各组分别随机抽取一只动物处死,切取舌前2/3组织,进行组织病理学和超微病理学观察。结果:电化学治疗后,实验组兔舌肌均受到一定程度的损伤:电量越大,损伤越严重。在一定时间内,2C、3C组可以观察到兔舌功能的恢复,而4C、5C组兔舌肌无明显恢复(P<0.05)。结论:兔舌肌应用电化学治疗剂量为3C/cm3时,无明显影响;超过3C/cm3时,将产生不可逆损伤。
Objective: To investigate the influence of electrochemical treatment on the muscle tissue of the tongue in rabbits and to provide a reference for clinical treatment of tongue malformation. Methods: Forty white rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, Cullen (C) group, 3C group, 4C group, and 5C group, with 8 rats in each group. The normal control group only placed the electrode 10min without electrical stimulation, the other groups were given the corresponding electricity electrochemical treatment. The difference of body weight before and after surgery was recorded, and SNK-q test was performed on the data using SPSS11.5 software package. At 1, 7, 14 and 21 days after operation, one animal in each group was sacrificed at random, and 2/3 of the anterior tongue was excised for histopathological and ultrastructural observation. Results: After electrochemical treatment, the tongue muscle of the experimental group were all damaged to a certain extent: the larger the charge, the more severe the injury. Within a certain period of time, rabbit tongue function recovery was observed in 2C and 3C groups, but no significant recovery was found in 4C and 5C (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is no obvious effect in the application of electrochemical treatment of rabbit tongue muscle with 3C / cm3 dose; when it exceeds 3C / cm3, irreversible damage will occur.
