建立了高效毛细管电泳法测定乳氟禾草灵的含量。使用有效长度为42cm、内径为50μm的毛细管,在背景电解质为50mmol/L硼砂-150mmol/L磷酸二氢钠(pH值9.5)、检测波长为281nm、分离电压为15kV的优化条件下,分析时间小于6min。乳氟禾草灵质量浓度在10~240mg/L内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997;方法的检测限(S/N为3)和定量限(S/N为10)分别为0.8、2.0mg/L;加标回收率为98.2%~99.0%,相对标准偏差为0.59%~2.6%。
