研究了在深圳地区配制双掺桩基混凝土的技术途径,包括原材料适用性、配合比设计、高效减水剂及矿物掺合料的双掺技术等。配制出强度等级为C25,工作性能好,可泵性强,各项力学性能、长期和耐久性能均优越的双掺桩基混凝土,并对其强度的增长规律及其影响因素进行了探讨。对双掺桩基混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度、抗折强度、轴心抗压强度、弹性模量、干燥收缩、抗碳化及抗渗性能进行了试验研究。
The technical approaches of formulating double-piled pile-based concrete in Shenzhen area are studied, including the applicability of raw materials, the design of mixture ratio, the double-admixture technology of superplasticizer and mineral admixture. The double-doped pile-based concrete with strength class C25, good workability, strong pumpability, various mechanical properties, long-term and long-term durability is prepared. The law of its strength growth and the influencing factors are also discussed. The splitting tensile strength, flexural strength, axial compressive strength, elastic modulus, drying shrinkage, carbonation resistance and impermeability of double-doped pile-based concrete were studied.
