目的:建立HPLC法同时测定复方制剂赖氨葡锌颗粒中葡萄糖酸锌和盐酸赖氨酸的含量。方法:采用氨基柱,以乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1KH2PO4溶液(60∶40)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为200 nm。结果:葡萄糖酸锌和盐酸赖氨酸分别在0.07~1.4 mg.ml-1和0.25~5 mg.ml-1的范围内线性关系良好,回收率分别为98.3%和99.1%,RSD分别为0.75%和0.46%(n=9)。结论:该法准确,重复性好,可用以控制制剂质量。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of zinc gluconate and lysine hydrochloride in the compound lysine glufosinate granules. Methods: Ammonia column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4 solution (60:40) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml.min-1. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 200 nm. RESULTS: Zinc gluconate and lysine hydrochloride showed good linearity in the range of 0.07-1.4 mg.ml-1 and 0.25-5 mg.ml-1, respectively, with recoveries of 98.3% and 99.1%, respectively, with RSDs of 0.75 % And 0.46% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible and can be used to control the quality of preparation.
