以野生番茄 Achilles—M为砧木,以日本番茄品种 Momotaro为接穗,进行了 0真叶法(砧木不留真叶)、 1真叶法(砧木留1片真叶)和2真叶法(砧木留2片真叶)3种不同部位嫁接方式的研究。结果表明:采用2真叶法嫁接的番茄的株高、叶数、花序数等生长动态指标均显著高于其它两种方式,前期产量和总产量比0真叶法分别提高54.4%和22.4%。
With the wild tomato Achilles-M as the rootstock and the Japanese tomato variety Momotaro as the scion, the true leaf method (rootstock without leaf true leaves), the true leaf method (rootstock with 1 true leaf) and the 2 true leaf method (rootstock Leaving 2 true leaves) 3 different parts of the grafting approach. The results showed that the growth indexes of plant height, leaf number and inflorescence number of tomato grafted by 2 true leaf method were significantly higher than those of the other two methods. The yield and total yield of early tomato increased 54.4% 22.4%.
