作为一个教师,我们一生要同几百个学生一起成长,就拿一个班级来说,至少也有50多位学生,他们仅仅是年龄相仿,但性格各异,我们的学生来自不同的区域,他们的家庭背景不同,家庭环境不同,家庭教育情况不同,这些不同的孩子走在一起来组成一个班集体,由我们老师来进行统一的管理和教育,面对性格各异的孩子,我们不能用同样的眼光看待一群不同学生,更不能用同样的方法教育不同的学生,我们要关注每一个学生的个体差异,因为他们都是独立的具有不同个性的活生生的人,我们要尊重他们的个体差异,走进每个学生的心灵,关爱他们,帮助他们,让他们健康成长。
