随着经济全球化不断的发展,石油公司的竞争越来越大。为了保证企业利益,石油公司开始转向成品油批发市场,成品油批发市场的开放,在一定程度上缓解了竞争压力。随着成品油市场不断的发展,成品油物流的数量逐渐增大,物流费用逐增加。在这种情况下,加强对成品油二次配送管理便显得尤为重要。本文主要从加提高品油二次配送管理水平必要性和成品油二次配送管理策略两方面出发,对成品油的二次配送与管理进行分析。
With the constant development of economic globalization, the competition among oil companies is getting bigger and bigger. In order to ensure the interests of enterprises, oil companies began to shift to the refined oil wholesale market and the open wholesale oil products market, to a certain extent, ease the pressure of competition. With the continuous development of the refined oil market, the quantity of the finished product oil logistics gradually increases and the logistics cost increases by each. Under such circumstances, it is especially important to strengthen the management of secondary distribution of refined oil products. This article analyzes the secondary distribution and management of refined oil products from two aspects: the necessity of improving the secondary distribution management level of oil products and the secondary distribution management strategy of refined oil products.
