目的 :研究烈香杜鹃油与不同比例 β 环糊精 (β CYD)以不同方法包合的效果。 方法 :采用正交实验设计优化出最佳制备条件。结果 :最佳条件为 :搅拌法 ,4 0°C、30min ,投料比为 β CYD :烈香杜鹃挥发油 =8g∶1mL。 结论 :优选得到的工艺简单、稳定、可行 ,为“慢支Ⅳ号”的剂型改进提供了试验基础
Objective : To study the effect of Rhododendron japonicus oil inclusion with different ratios of β-cyclodextrin (β CYD) in different ways. Methods : Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the optimal preparation conditions. RESULTS: The optimum conditions were as follows: stirring method, 40 °C, 30 min, feeding ratio β CYD: Volatile oil of Rhodiola rosea = 8 g : 1 mL. Conclusion : The optimized process is simple, stable and feasible. It provides the experimental basis for the improvement of dosage form of “Slow Branch IV”.
