为探讨芦荟对氧自由基的作用,该研究选择产生超氧阴离子自由基(O2)的邻苯三酚自氧化反应,观察芦荟对该反应系统吸收光谱变化情况的影响,并采用总抗氧化能力试剂盒对芦荟水溶液进行测试。结果显示,芦荟确有较强的抗氧化能力,同时它能使邻苯三酚自氧化反应系统的光谱曲线随时间变化的速度加快,而特征吸收波长处A值升降幅度减小,上述能力和影响均有明显的浓度依赖关系。表明芦荟能加快O2参加的反应,使反应提前终止,并抑制了反应物→中间产物及中间产物→后续产物的转化率。提示该体系O2自由基的链式反应可能被芦荟阻断,从而达到抗氧化的效果。
To investigate the effect of aloe on oxygen free radicals, this study selected autoiodization of pyrogallol to produce superoxide anion radical (O2), observed the effect of aloe on the absorption spectrum changes of the reaction system, and used total resistance. The oxidizing power kit was tested on an aqueous solution of aloe. The results show that aloe vera indeed has a strong antioxidant capacity. At the same time, it can accelerate the spectral curve of the pyrogallol autoxidation reaction system over time, and the amplitude of the A value rise and fall at the characteristic absorption wavelength decreases. The effects are obvious concentration-dependent. It shows that Aloe can accelerate the reaction of O2 to participate, and terminate the reaction early, and inhibit the conversion rate of reactants→intermediate products and intermediates→subsequent products. It is suggested that the chain reaction of O2 radicals in this system may be blocked by aloe vera, so as to achieve the antioxidant effect.
