汽车性能指标的设计,必须应用统计质量管理的概念和思想方法。在试验设计工作中,在符合正态分布的条件下,通过试验或生产质量的统计分析,运用统计学的均值和方差,回归计算分析。加上新提出的95%概率平行四边形预估区域计算方法,再画上期望值作为中线,公差带作为上、下限控制线,这样就构成新的两相关参数的质量控制图。能对参数选择的正确性、改进和调整的方向以及其合格概率作出预估和有数据的判断。通过分层质量指标控制,以求最终的性能的指标得以保证和控制。
The design of automobile performance index must apply the concept and method of statistical quality management. In the experimental design work, under the condition of normal distribution, through the statistical analysis of test or production quality, using the statistical mean and variance, regression analysis. Add the newly proposed 95% probability parallelogram prediction area calculation method, and then draw the expected value as the center line and the tolerance zone as the upper and lower limit control lines, thus forming a new quality control chart of the two related parameters. Can predict the correctness of the choice of parameters, the direction of improvement and adjustment, as well as their probability of passing estimates and data judgments. Through the hierarchical quality control indicators in order to achieve the ultimate performance indicators to be guaranteed and controlled.
