以番茄红素的静态吸附量和解吸率为指标,对14种大孔树脂:X-5、D1400、YPR-Ⅱ(DA100×3)、ZGDM11、SD300、ZGDM130、HPD300、XAD1180、XAD7HP、H103、D3520、D4020、D280、D152进行筛选,其中HPD300对番茄红素的吸附量最大,为14.4mg/g;以二氯甲烷为解析剂,HPD300吸附的番茄红素的解吸率为74.0%,解吸速率最快;饱和吸附容量为35.0 mg/g,优于其它树脂。由此得出HPD300是较为理想的用于分离番茄红素的树脂。
Based on the static adsorption and desorption rate of lycopene, 14 macroporous resins were used: X-5, D1400, YPR-II (DA100×3), ZGDM11, SD300, ZGDM130, HPD300, XAD1180, XAD7HP, H103, Screening was performed on D3520, D4020, D280, and D152, in which HPD300 had the highest adsorption amount of lycopene, which was 14.4 mg/g. With dichloromethane as the desorption agent, the desorption rate of lycopene adsorbed on HPD300 was 74.0%. The fastest; saturated adsorption capacity of 35.0 mg/g, superior to other resins. This shows that HPD300 is the ideal resin for the separation of lycopene.
