本文系统地研究了烷基聚氧乙烯基醚 (PPJ)和蔗糖脂肪酸脂 (SFE) ,对大豆叶片气孔、蜡质层、乙烯释放量和锰离子吸收情况等的影响。结果表明 ,随着表面活性剂浓度的增加 ,气孔逐渐打开 ,在 PPJ和 SFE分别为 0 .5 mm ol/ L 和 1 .0 mmol/ L时 ,气孔的孔径达到最大 ,然后气孔逐渐关闭 ;蜡质层的溶解程度随表面活性剂浓度的增加而逐渐增加 ;在 PPJ和 SFE的浓度分别小于 1 m mol/ L 和 1 0 m mol/ L 时 ,乙烯的释放量几乎不受影响 ,但表现活性剂的浓度进一步增加时 ,乙烯的释放量增加 ;锰离子的吸收随表面活性剂浓度增加而增加 ,当 PPJ的浓度为 0 .6 m mol/ L左右时叶片对锰离子的吸收达到最大值 ,然后下降。表面活性剂能在不同程度上调节大豆叶片气孔开闭、蜡质层的溶解、乙烯释放量和锰离子的吸收。
In this paper, the effects of alkyl polyoxyethylene ether (PPJ) and sucrose fatty acid ester (SFE) on the stomatal, waxy layer, ethylene release and manganese ion absorption of soybean leaves were systematically studied.
