随着工业发展,臭氧(O_3)污染越来越受到重视,它不仅是光化学烟雾氧化剂的主要成份,而且在许多工业生产过程中可直接产生。例如,紫外线消毒及复印机开动时均可产生足以引起机体健康效应浓度的O_3。用O_3进行室内消毒,由于使用方便、易于控制剂量,与其它消毒剂相比,更易为人们所接受。据报道,全球大气中的O_3浓度有上升趋势。O_3对机体的危害主要在机体的呼吸系统,但其它系统亦受其害,本文旨在综述O_3所致机体的代谢改变。
With the industrial development, ozone (O 3) pollution is getting more and more attention. It is not only the main component of photochemical smog oxidant, but also can be directly produced in many industrial processes. For example, UV disinfection and photocopiers can be started enough to cause the body’s health effects concentration O_3. O_3 indoor disinfection, easy to use, easy to control the dose, compared with other disinfectants, more easily accepted by people. It is reported that the O3 concentration in the global atmosphere is on the rise. O_3 harm to the body mainly in the body’s respiratory system, but also affected the other systems, this paper aims to review the metabolic changes caused by O_3 body.
