最简健身太极拳,也称为四式健身太极拳。全套除起收势外仅有右揽雀尾、转体抱球、左揽雀尾、十字手四个动作。它虽然简单得不能再简单了,但是它包括了太极拳的“绷、捋、挤、按”四种技法,可谓是大极拳的总手套路。它仍不失太极拳所具备的风格、特点和作用,却练法简便,极易掌握
