目的观察干品绞股蓝对环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,以下简称CP)诱发小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核和染色体畸变的抑制作用.方法小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验方法和小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸度试验方法.结果含10%绞股蓝的饲料使环磷酰胺诱发的微核率从33.17±3.54‰降至12.00±2.19‰(P<0.001),染色体畸变率从26.33±3.50%降至14.67±2.25%(P<0.01).结论绞股蓝可抑制环磷酰胺诱发的DNA损伤,提示绞股蓝具有一定的抗诱变作用.
Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of dry gynostemma pentaphyllum on micronuclei and chromosomal aberration induced by Cyclophosphamide (CP) in murine bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes (PCE). Methods Micronucleus test method for mouse bone marrow cells and test method for chromosome aberration of mouse bone marrow cells. Results The feed containing 10% Gynostemma reduced the cyclophosphamide induced micronucleus rate from 33.17±3.54 to 12.00±2.19‰ (P<0.001). Chromosome aberration rate was from 26.33. ±3.50% decreased to 14.67±2.25% (P<0.01). Conclusion Gynostemma pentaphyllum can inhibit DNA damage induced by cyclophosphamide, suggesting that gynostemma pentaphyllum has antimutagenic effect.
