具有人字形缺口的短棒试样是近年来为确定像岩石、陶瓷、高强度合金等脆性非金属或金属工程材料的平面应变断裂韧性而发展起来的,它具有试样尺寸小,试验成本低等一系列优点。本研究采用了一种三参数拟合分析程序对短棒试样进行了实验柔度标定,和传统的多项式拟合方式相比,计算系数少而且物理意义明确。同时,调查发现人字形缺口初始长度和缺口夹角对试样应力强度因子系数标定有明显影响。

Compared with the traditional polynomial fitting method, the calculation coefficient is small and the physical meaning is clear.
